What is Colour Coaching? Well, it is learning about colours, the effects of colours and how to benefit from their applications.
Colour coaching will teach you the psychology behind different colours. What colours are useful to use in certain situations, why and how those colours will help you to secure what you want.
Colours can give a meaning to the person looking at them. Not just associations with sporting teams, but some colours give warmth, others cold. We all know that, but some can relax and give easy feelings whilst others can engage the person and make them more active.
Colour coaching will also teach you colour analysis through assessing skin tone, hair and eye colour. Ultimately, what colours should you, and those that you are choosing the colours for, be wearing to get the best out of what they are doing?
And whilst you are arranging the clothing, what about the accessories? What colours should be used there to highlight, or to distract the eye away from other areas of the body, that might not be quite the shape that is desired?
